According to availability, ALL of our poultry, meats, eggs, cheese, dairy and vegetables come from local producers and our menu changes accordingly. • With few exception, our ingredients are supplied to us by the local providers you see pictured on our wall
• Our chickens are organic and pastured, our grass feed beef is from local Perry County, and whenever possible, all of our produce is grown organically.
• All of our dairy, eggs, and cheeses are a organic and local
• Our Café Bread is backed especially for us; our baker grinds her own organic flours and uses her farm’s butter and honey.
• Our water is filtered in house.
• All of our take-out packaging is biodegradable and organic.
